「Hotel is being renovated but our room was not in the greatest condition. I feel like they shouldn’t have even rented out that room. It was missing toilet paper roll holder, the bathroom door looked like it wouldn’t close all the way and the tub was very dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, each bed only had 2 pillows. Most hotels will give you 4 pillows per bed, I was not expecting only 2 per bed. Leak coming from the window and from the lights in the bathroom around 11:30pm, and we were given a...

It was late and I needed to get up very early so I asked to be put in another room away from other guests and my request was honored. After finally moving all my things I got a good rest. The scent was extremely overwhelming for me and my boyfriend. Unlike many hotels where fragrance is limited to the lobby, this hotel had multiple fragrance dispensers in the hallway corridors as well. The fragrance was so strong that my boyfriend sometimes held his shirt over his face when we had to walk through the hallway. I am also...

「The front desk host, Karen, was friendly and very efficient, but the hallways were very dirty and out room smelled like dog. It was also dirty. There was some kind of stain on one of the walls that looked like someone threw coffee on it; the long dressing mirror was dirty; the shower was dirty and had hair in it and looked about 10 years overdue of a remodel. We would have asked for a different room, but its was Oktoberfest, so we knew we wouldn’t have much luck. All in all I guess it was good...
