“My wife, Denise, and I loved the drive from Louisville (we were in the area for the Kentucky Derby (150th) to Salem, IN. The country roads were surrounded by natural beauty, rolling hills, and well-groomed ranches and farms. The Destination is better than the images show on their website. The owners, Tom and Denise, were cordial, friendly, and welcoming. Our room (Chambre Rouge) was excellent; the bedding was luxurious. “My husband and I stayed a week at Hilltop Hideaway with our hosts. We enjoyed every minute there! Our room was charming. The bath was well stocked with soft towels. We spent the majority of time in the pool. So relaxing. Both Shannon and Karrie cook awesome breakfast. I spent some time learning about their chickens and most of the wildlife around. I cant say enough about Shannon and Karrie. They are such caring and considerate hosts. We cannnot forget to mention their security staff. The pets.……
