「Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! We had 4 ladies in our group and the beds and accommodations were perfect. There’s even a backyard patio to enjoy with a zen garden. 「We only could only stay one night. It is a very safe place. There is also a snack bar downstairs. The place is beautiful . It was very clean and inviting. It's very close to Louisville. Dominique was so helpful when I had questions. Are only suggestions are have a few cups for coffee or tea and a few small pots. . Dinnerware, cookware, silverware, etc. Parking on Witherspoon St in the Witherspoon Garage East is the cheapest option and its not far from the loft. You can walk to a lot of restaurants from here. The mattress is a memory foam and its firm which worked for my short stay but only for a short stay.」

「It was fine. Loved the balcony. Not clean to my standards at all. The was a towel shoved in the couch bed. There was something splattered on the ceiling. The floors were absolutely disgusting especially considering I took my crawling baby. And on our last day, when we stripped the bed, i was horrified at the stains and how crusty looking it was under the sheets. It was fine for a couple nights but I definitely won’t be staying at this location again」
