"The room was amazing, but the staff was even more wonderful. Stephanie check me in. She did an amazing job complementary water was given and they made sure that parking even though it was overwhelming made it easy for me to park. Breakfast was amazing. Miss Pat is marvelous in the kitchen And because of the great customer service that I have had with my stay, I will definitely be back and recommend them to any and everyone that I know that is coming to Jacksonville Florida."

"Hot tub was broken upon arrival but they quickly got it fixed and was wonderful! Check in was easy and friendly, room was clean and comfortable and very nice! Loved the pillows! Breakfast was okay but also free so no complaints there… they had cereal, oatmeal, some hot foods like eggs and sausages, and of course, coffee. Would absolutely stay here again! "
