“Historic and charming 2nd floor apartment with quaint touches, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully decorated with mid century furnishings located above the wonderful local coffee shop. Came to visit Univ of Northern Co and explore Greeley. Perfect location for a UNC visit. Plenty of street parking outside the front door. Coffee starts brewing early downstairs. “Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. ”

The very ugly: Expedia support reps were useless with this rental. The rental owner will email you requesting info prior to check-in. Expedia reps will say "that is spam, delete and block immediately". That is false. You have to respond in order to "check in". There is no physical check-in desk, which I think Expedia reps assume. “Once we checked in we noticed ripped chairs and broke doors. We took pics just incase there was an issue. Had no internet or access to the gym for all most 5 days. Was told we would get refunded the days we didn’t have access. Never got refunded even after sending them the email they sent me saying we would be refunded. After a week of being checked out they took 250 from us for a broke door that was broke when we moved in. Will never stay there again and don’t recommend it not very clean. No……
