「Staff was helpful allowed check in earlier as we have to go for the game, staff was helpful」

「I would recommend to not go here. I booked through Expedia and despite them doing everything, the hotel didn’t provide the service I would expect a hotel to provide. I booked a king size room, was put in the room they make you wait till they clean the rooms. After 2 hours I went down there and asked if it was cleaned, and to see if they could clean it and they just gave us a response of we’re short staffed. So we didn’t get the room I paid for, and they denied us a refund. I’m out of money just...

The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」
