“I couldn’t rave about this hotel enough. The hotel is in the perfect location to easily access all of old port and beyond. We had a family medical emergency requiring us to stay a few extra days. Everyone at the hotel was the absolute best in helping us with making arrangements and making the best of our additional days. Would 100% book a stay here again whenever I’m back in Portland. ”

“Nice gym. Good breakfast in the restaurant. The snack/drink stations at end of hall were a plus. Recommend ”

“The only real issue was the sound carrying from the hall and the room next to me. Our room had a door that connected to another room. Not our request but it just happened that way. I was able to hear the person clearing their throat and moving around early in the morning. I did not expect to be able to hear such soft noises between walls. Our neighbor was quiet but if they were noisier it would have made for a restless stay. The property is under renovation but the work area is tidy and did……

“This is a great find! The hotel has a boutique feel with an excellent room. The staff was engaging and helpful. They have a brand new town car available as a complimentary service and made access to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping a breeze!”

“One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Dining at the casino was of great quality. More wait staff is needed for how busy the restaurant gets. The casino does plenty of business and should consider adding more tables for table games. ”

“I wanted to a surprise night for my husband and treat him on my dime. I love this place and it was affordable for me and we had a nice time. Thank you. People at front desk at both Poland Spring Inn and Resort were sweet and helpful. I am new at doing all this stuff on my own,, Very satisfied. Shower was amazing, so powerful and room was nice and pillows were comfy as well, I appreciated the extra blanket available too.”
