Very pretty room, friendly staff and a great location for a stay in Fukuoka. We made use of the hotel ammenities (vending & washing mashines in the building) and enjoyed our bright, clean room.The area boasts many izakaya as well as a good connection to Hakata Station, Nakasu and Tenjin.

very good location

Hotel location is good, very close to Gion metro station, and the area is very quiet. Just a few mins walk to the Jinja and kawabata dori.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, but there are not many hooks for hanging clothes in the room. The staff is polite. The breakfast is rich but I hope the daily dishes can be changed. The hot spring is open for a long time, which is very suitable for travelers who return at night. I look forward to staying here again next time.

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood that’s in walking proximity to public transportation and Hakata station. Breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of choices but, Japanese offerings are the best! Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Good stay

Good stay, very well located near subway station and bus stops. A lot of things to do in a walking distance. Good staff very polite and helpfull, the do have staff that speak a good English. Breakfast room it’s a little small sometimes you may need to wait for tables if you are with more people but not a problem at all

The hotel is hard to find but once you get your bearings the area is very close to Canal City and the Yatai food booths. The subway station Gion or Nakasu-Kawabata are both equidistant and walkable.

Cool hotel that could use a few improvements

The hotel room we stayed in was decorated in a cool way and the area it was in was fantastic, however, the bed killed my back, and the staff wasn't really the friendliest. The onsen was a nice bonus, as were the washer/dryers.

I chose the hot spring because it had the advantage of being able to use it, but besides that, it was close to the Nakas River in terms of location, and the ramen restaurant nearby was very satisfying. I was very satisfied because I could relax and sleep well with the hot spring every evening. I would definitely like to revisit. It was just that my child wore it because the pajamas were very small, but my husband and I could not wear it.

Front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Our flight going back home was at 8:30pm so we requested a late check out. Front desk informed us that if we checked out anytime after 1pm check out we will be charged. We decided to check out at 1pm and have them hold our luggage. Upon checking out they informed us that we will be charged. We explained what we were told the previous night they told us “sorry for the misunderstanding” and then demanded we pay. The amount we were charged wasn’t a problem but the way we were treated was a deal breaker. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Maybe put on your online hotel description that Tattoos are not allowed in public bath. I already expected it but some onsen allow tattoos. Possibly I may have chose to stay at another hotel but I am very happy with the property and the staff

インバウンド向けの宿泊施設で、英語の表示が多い。朝食バイキングでは博多の名物をひととおり楽しめる。部屋はリニューアルされていておしゃれ。安かったのであまり期待していなかったが、とても快適だった。また宿泊すると思う。バスルームの壁に髪の毛がついていたので、星マイナス1。
