“The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ……

“The first room had a dirty bathtub with dark hair and black mold in the corners plus rust on the inside. I told the front desk and she claims it can look like hair but it's just part of the tub. I showed her a picture on my phone and she was willing to switch rooms but indicated it was her last room available. Heading towards the second room, I noticed the front door was wide open and propped open as if someone may be inside or coming inside. I went back to the front desk to let her know and her……

“We had a very easy and quick check-in with a friendly desk clerk and found the elevators, hallways, and our room to be new/updated and clean. The breakfast provided had a variety of hot and cold items- something for everyone. The lady who was serving and cleaning up was friendly, courteous and helpful. ”

“It was a sad stay. Sheets were dirty, towels are stained, toilet was filthy and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. The only reason I'm giving it a poor instead of terrible rating is that the manager kindly partially refunded some of the payment for the room.”

“I would elect Pat to be our next president. He is that great with people. Needs to quit the tobacco though. I want him to be around a long, long time. Bosses ned to give him a big raise and a company car. But not a promotion. He's too cool to be a manger. ”

“The picture of the property was misleading. I thought the building shown was where we would be staying. Instead we were across the building in a very old house. The room was smaller than our bedroom at home so we were cramped. The TV wasn’t working, 3 different people came to look at it but couldn’t get it fixed. Good side, the staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady that sets up the breakfast, which was delicious. ”
