Comfortable and quiet T1 in the historic center of Funchal with great view.
Apartment located in the historic center of Funchal, a few minutes walk from the center of the city, just below the Pico Fort.
House recently restored and transformed into two independent T1 apartments. This little one!
It has a modern design, very comfortable and cozy, with a magnificent view over the bay of Funchal, making it possible to watch and enjoy the fantastic fireworks display of the common terrace of the building (2 apartments) .
Consisting of a spacious bedroom (double bed) with complete ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
It has a private garage for a car (parking A) at no additional cost.
Excellent geographical location, close to the access to the highways, so you can travel all over the island and enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes, and close to the historic center of Funchal, and can even get around on foot.
Wi-Fi is free.

Ruhige Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht
Die Zufahrt über eine sehr enge und sehr steile Gasse ist etwas für geübte Autofahrer und nur mit einem wirklich kleinen Auto zu empfehlen. Gleiches gilt für das Einparken in die zur Unterkunft gehörigen Doppelgarage, besonders wenn die schon mit einem Auto belegt ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert, der Vermieter selbst sehr freundlich. Der Weg ins Zentrum von Funchal ist nicht weit und die 140 Höhenmeter halten fit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und praktisch eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst.

Beau petit apparemment avec une belle vue et belle terrasse également, proche du centre de Funchal, il y a un parking donc c'est super!
Petit cuisine assez fonctionnel
Seul petit point négatif c'était pour ce garer dans le parking, la rue est très étroit et il faut faire attention a ne pas touché le mur et la cabine de douche est assez serré donc pas beaucoup beaucoup de place

Pleasant stay in cozy apartment with great views.
As we stayed in apartment A, we loved to watch the sunrise over the sea from our bed. We relaxed a lot on the patio and had our meals there and often wind off in the evenings on the hangig chair on the terrace. The kitchen provided a sink, induction stove, knives in all sizes, even wine glasses. The pots and pans are small but overall totally suited for two people. The bathroom was clean. The city center, supermarkets and bus stops are reachable in a short walking distance. As Funchal lies at the bottom of mountains, prepare for a very short hike to get to the apartment. The view makes up for everything. ;)

Très beau
Très belle endroit belle vue sur la montagne et le port de Madere centre d’achat à 15 min à pieds seule bémol stationnement dans le garage très difficile à moins d’avoir 2 petites autos nous avons pris un stationnement juste en bas de la cote gratuit après 20 Hr ainsi que le dimanche .
Difficile côtes à monter surtout pour ceux qui ont des maux de genoux mais je vous recommande ce logement

sehr nette und problemlose Kommunikation. Eine super Unterkunft, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster (Wohnung A) lediglich der Terrassenbereich ist zwar schön. aber doch sehr klein. Ich komme gerne wieder

It was a nice place to stay within our budget! Judite was great and everything was clean, worked, and felt safe. Judite even accommodated out late arrival - 12:15 am!
On the other side, we were aware there was no air conditioning but the apartment often got quite hot and muggy. While the parking was an excellent accommodation, it was quite a tight fit after a precarious drive uphill.
All things considered, would absolutely book again!

Séjour de rêve à Madère
Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux à Funchal qui nous ont permis de découvrir l'île sous ses différentes facettes. Visite et découverte du partimoine historique, culturel et gastronique, randonnée sur les levadas ou en montagne et détente plage au pied des immenses falaises à la découverte de cascades se jetant dans l'océan sont autant d'activités que nous avons pratiquées pendant ce séjour.
L'appartemnt où nous avons logé est situé sur les hauteurs, il dispose d'une très belle terrasse avec une super vue sur le port et la vielle ville. Nous y avons été accueillis malgré l'heure tardive (plus de minuit) ce qui nous a permis de disposer de premiers renseignements sur la ville et les environs. Bien équipé, confortable et proche des lieux de vie de Funchal il nous a permis de nous balader et nous rendre sur les différents sites de la ville sans avoir besoin d'utiliser la voiture. Disposant d'un garage, nous avons pu y garer notre voiture de location ce qui nous a permis de rayonner autour de Funchal à la découverte des joyaux de Madère. Une très bonne adresse, il faut néanmoins pour s'y rendre en voiture maitriser la conduite dans des petites rues à fort dénivelé montant ou descendant.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Madeira, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für zwei Personen ausreichend ausgestattet, auch der Parkplatz ist super, allerdings sollte das Auto eher klein sein, denn bis zum Haus zu kommen und in die enge Garage einzupacken erfordert einiges Geschick und starke Nerven...einzig negativ empfanden wir den extremen Geruch nach Abfluss und Chlor, der hauptsächlich aus dem Bad und der Küchenzeile wahrnehmbar war, aber wir hatten uns nach ein paar Tagen etwas dran gewöhnt und waren ja auch den ganzen Tag unterwegs...
daher ein Stern Abzug
