1 bedroom apartment fully refurbished. with approximately 50m², are located in a family-friendly urbanization, very quiet, south facing, overlooking the bay of Funchal and the mountains of Madeira. Despite the proximity to the expressway this is a quiet area.
The apartments have 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Private, well-kept garden (150m²) with exotic and endemic plants, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view over the bay of Funchal and the mountains of Madeira.
There is free parking next to the apartment.
Next to the urbanization you will find bus stop, cafes and restaurants / take away.
Nearby there is: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, florist, laundry, pharmacy, among others.
It has all expenses included, free Wi-Fi, linen, towels and self-service laundry.
Located just a few seconds from the highway, 10 minutes from the center of Funchal and 15 minutes from the airport.
Next to the urbanization pass aerobus, buses that depart directly from the airport to Funchal.

in zeiten von CORONA potenziert sich unsere erinnerung an diesen erlebnisvollen, erfahrungsreichen wundervollen urlaub um ein vielfaches. die lage der wohnung mit herd und waschmaschine, der großen terrasse und dem himlischen blick über die city, die berge, den hafen ist ein geschenk und traumhaft. die nähe zum bus ganz einfach, wenn wir selbst die wanderung hinab in die stadt bevorzugten und nur hoch einen bus nahmen. überhaupt ist die autentische umgebung mit gemüseladen, bäckerei, minimarket - auch für frühstücksbrötchen , dem großartigen hähnchenlokal , unserer unterkunft und die nähe zu den einwohnern der insel einfach 100%ig nach unserem geschmack gewesen und schon heute haben wir madeira-fernweh. wir hoffen sehr, dass sich diese großartige insel vor der coronakrise bewahren kann. danke für alles was wir dort haben konnten. herzliche grüße aus potsdam

The perfect base for exploring the island. Quiet location, friendly and helpful owner.

A great place to base an island exploring holiday. Clean, bright apartment, very friendly and helpful owner. A steep 30 minute walk into the city, but easy access by bus (less than 100 yards from property), local supermarket just 10 mins walk away. Off-street parking and quick access to main routes, and a short drive (15km) from/to the airport. There are three apartments so would be ideal for a group of couples who want a communal space but also their own privacy.

Vacances de rêve

Séjour très agréable, appartement en conformité avec l'annonce. Il ne manque rien. Les conseils de Mme Abreu sont fort agréables et judicieux. Madère est une destination à ne pas manquer, de très belles randonnées avec des paysages somptueux...

Une belle vue ? Oui mais...

Appartement avec vue sur Funchal. C'est le titre d'annonce de cet appartement. Sauf que la vue est majoritairement gâchée par le toit de la maison d'à coté et accessoirement par les fils électriques. Il faut dire que la location que nous avions la semaine précédente à Arco de Calheta nous offrait une vue spectaculaire et dégagée sur l'océan. Cet location souffre donc de la comparaison. Points positifs: - le jardin et les transats à notre usage exclusif - le calme du quartier; la proximité du centre de Funchal en voiture ( à pied c'est trop dangereux). Mieux vaut prendre le bus dont l'arrêt est juste à coté. A proximité également, un petit centre commercial avec supermarché, une boulangerie et un bar restaurant. -Entrée indépendante de la maison des propriétaire. L'appartement est au RDC de la maison des propriétaires -l'appartement est petit mais bien aménagé Remarque: la chambre est sans fenêtre Points à améliorer: - quelques ustensiles de piètres qualités (couteaux) et en nombre un peu juste (verres) - les 2 chaises de cuisine sont à changer - les fenêtres ferment mal (heureusement, il y a des volets) - quelques chaines de TV internationales et françaises auraient été un plus en cette période de coupe du monde !!! Oui, on peut s'en passer... La réservation et les contacts se sont bien passés Je reconnais que cette appréciation souffre de la comparaison avec la superbe location que nous avions la semaine précédente mais néanmoins , je recommanderais volontiers cette location pour peu que vous ne soyer pas plus de deux personnes.

Schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit Garten mit sehr schönem Blick über Funchal

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönem Garten der einen tollen Blick über Funchal erlaubt. Einrichtung der Wohnung einfach aber zweckmäßig. Alle Geräte, W-Lan etc. funktionieren. Wenn es ein Problem ab hat es die Vermieterin sofort abgestellt. Betten für unsere Rücken etwas hart. Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig aber trotzdem ruhig.

Appartement agréable, conforme à la description, superbe vue sur Funchal, calme

Mignon petit jardin pour lequel j'avais craqué pour louer, hélas il faisait trop froid (fin mai) pour en profiter. Propriétaire très agréable, discrète, acueuillante. À signaler quand même qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Nous cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais je pense que c'est important pour certains locataires.

Un magnifique séjour sur les terrasses de Funchal !

Nous avons passé du 12 au 23 mars 2018 un magnifique séjour sur les hauteurs de Funchal ! L'appartement proposé était en tous points conforme à la description faite sur le site: mobilier confortable, très bonne literie, propreté impeccable, cuisine toute équipée, lave-linge à disposition, petit jardin-terrasse au-dessus de la ville et de la baie, le tout dans un quartier très calme, arrêt de bus et resto typique à deux pas, commerces de base et pharmacie à 10 minutes à pied... Nous avons privilégié les déplacements en bus à travers toute l'île pendant tout le séjour, mais avec le plaisir de descendre à pied, à travers les quartiers tous différents de Funchal, vers la vieille-ville et le bord de mer, où il fait bon goûter aux plats locaux dans de tout petits restaurants fréquentés surtout par les Madériens...! Un très grand merci à Marta, toujours disponible, pour son chaleureux accueil et ses précieux conseils ! Nous reviendrons à Madère avec bonheur, c'est sûr, et sans hésiter "chez Marta" ! Top apartement

Wij waren hier eind januari,de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ongelooflijk,wij hadden het tuin appartement,prachtig uitzicht,je kan niet bedenken wat er niet is,zeer kompleet en schoon. Sofia is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam,bushalte voor de deur,in vijf minuten sta je bij de haven en winkels,echt een aanrader.

Cozy and well located

Apartment was small and cozy for 1-2 people. Bed was very comfortable, place was clean and had an amazing view. Had mostly what we needed and was mostly quiet on a dead end street. Marta was kind and available if we needed anything. Only complaint is that we would have liked to have towels changed after a few days.

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht!

Ich habe 13 Tage mit meiner Freundin in dem Apartment verbracht und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist top, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Aussicht einfach nur traumhaft. Dank der großzügigen Terrasse ist es möglich zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne zu genießen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, da man direkt in der Nähe von der Schnellstraße ist ohne das man durch Autolärm gestört wird. Darüberhinaus ist alles in der Nähe was man so braucht.

perfect for what my wife and I needed for our holiday .

the apartment was clean, good shower and was well equipped for the very modest price. Nice garden to the front for sitting out and a great view over Funchal. On the map it looks close to the centre of the town but note very steep hills. Good bus service when we worked out the time tables, and a taxi about 7 euros. Marta the owner very friendly and helpful. If you want a base for your holiday at a reasonable price this was ideal.

5 Stars goes Marta Abreu and her Family. Very nice Location with a nice view. People Visit Madeira!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend nicht weit vom Zentrum. Wunderschön eingerichtet, tv, Waschmaschine, herd Kühlschrank. Für alles ist gesorgt.Dazu kommt der tolle Garten in dem man bei guten Wetter sich richtig entspannen kann und den Ausblick auf Funchal genießen kann. Auch für einen Parkplatz ist gesorgt. 30 min dauert es zu Fuß in das Zentrum aber Achtung nur für Leute mit Ausdauer geeignet. Mit geht es wesentlich schneller, zum parken empfiehlt sich das la vie (Einkaufszentrum) 5€ den ganzen Tag. Oder der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür, mit der Linie 33 kommt man ins Zentrum und zurück. Um die ganze Schönheit der Insel kennen zu lernen empfehle ich ein Auto.

super gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Ein Freundin und ich verbrachten 7 Nächte in Martas Ferienwohnung. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung ideal. Sie ist ausreichend groß und es sind alle wichtigen Geräte vorhanden, die man so zum Überleben braucht. Die Aussicht auf Funchal ist wunderschön, sodass wir sie diese auch jeden Nachmittag im Garten genossen haben. Auch die Vermieterin, Marta, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen und wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!!

Très bon séjour à Funchal!!!

Appartement agréable

Appartement situé sur les hauteurs de FUNCHAL au calme, bien localisé par rapport à la voie rapide pour se déplacer dans l'île. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Il est très agréable de prendre les repas à l'extérieur sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et Funchal. Marta est une hôte discrète mais disponible si besoin. Pas de mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée, les photos de l'appartement sont représentatives de la réalité. :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung, die liebevoll eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich von der Vermieterin Marta empfangen und sie war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Von der Terrasse mit Garten hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Stadt. Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist es tagsüber und nachts ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung ist durch die nahe Autobahnanbindung sehr gut für Gäste mit Mietwagen geeignet. Besonders gut ist auch die Anbindung der vielen Buslinien Richtung Funchal (Zentrum), die regelmäßig fahren. Die Haltestelle an der Kirche erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, Obst-/Gemüseladen und Minimarkt) erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Au top !

Nous sommes partis à Madère en couple , pour une semaine , du 17 au 24 juillet . L'hôte pense a tout ! Elle est très accueillante et aux petits soins , très chaleureuse :) L'appartement est vraiment très propre et fonctionnel ! On ne manquais de rien ! Litterie de bonne qualitée ainsi que les linges de toilettes . Côté exterieur le petit jardin est apaisant et la vue est sublime !! De jour comme de nuit ! Les photos ne sont pas du tout trompeuse ! Rien de négatif a souligner par rapport a se logement ! Nous avons apprécié nos vacances , c'est une île MAGNIFIQUE ! Le dépaysement est total ! La barrière de la langue est la seule chose qui était génante ( pour nous ). Attention toute fois en voiture , il faut savoir gérer les démarage en côte et autre petit soucis que l'on trouve en route de montagne ! Les restaurants sont d'un bon rapport qualitée prix et les gens sont serviable et plutot agréable . Je recommande fortement se logement si vous voulez être tranquilles et autonomes et profiter de cette superbe vue qui je pense n'est pas donné à tout le monde ! BONNE VACANCES !

Belle semaine

Hôte souriante et discrète mais disponible si besoin. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et au calme. La proximité de la voie rapide permet de rayonner dans l'île. De petits commerces se trouvent à quelques mètres (boulangerie-pâtisserie : excellentes pastel de nata, petit supermarché, primeur) mais attention, la côte est raide au retour.... Il est agréable de déjeuner en terrasse exposée plein sud. Partout, on trouve de petits restaurants à prix modiques, on déjeune pour 9.90€, entrée, plat, dessert et café à Funchal, bonne bouillabaisse sur le port. Il faut aller sur le marché de Funchal pour acheter de bons fruits et du poisson. On peut profiter d'une plage de sable blanc à Calheta et s'y baigner. Il suffit de prendre les routes de montagne pour découvrir la flore de Madère. Je conseille la randonnée à la pointe Saint Laurent, accessible à tous, avec des vues fantastiques. Belle semaine à Madère.

Basic, but has everything you need.

It isn't 5 start luxury, but has everything you need - a good-sized comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen and one of the better bathrooms I have seen on the continent. The towels and bedding were excellent quality. It is close to the bus stop (frequent buses take 10 minutes going to or from the centre of Funchal) but you need a strong pair of legs to get up the steep street to the house. I was a lone female, and I was very impressed with the security. Marta was lovely, always making sure I had everything I needed. While I was there, I noticed there was an identical apartment next door to me, and what looked like a third apartment in the same garden. So it may be possible that if two or three sets of friends want to holiday together, but each have their own space, this would be a good option.

Apartamento muito acolhedor. Vista fabulosa!

Ficamos durante uma semana hospedados neste mimoso apartamento e certamente voltaremos. Quando chegamos tudo estava muito limpo e cuidado. Fomos muito bem recepcionados e a Marta esteve sempre atenda às nossas necessidades. Apesar da proximidade à Via Rápida, não se houve barulho de transito. O apartamento, inserido numa moradia familiar, está situado em zona residencial muito calma e tem um terraço privado com vista fabulosa sobre o Funchal. Aconselhamos vivamente a optarem por este imóvel.

Madeira im November

Die Ferienwohnung kann absolut empfohlen werden, sehr sympathische Vermieter, gute Lage in Autobahnnähe und dennoch ruhig, Stadtbus ins Zentrum von Funchal 3 min zu Fuß entfernt - W-Lan funktioniert gut - das Beste ist aber der Blick vo der Terrasse auf die Stadt und den Hafen - einziger Nachteil - das Schlafzimmer hat leider kein Fenster - aber sonst alles perfekt
