"The stay is what was needed"

"Location was a good area of town. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. Breakfast was a good variety of foods. Bedrooms were a comfortable size and layout, and the closets were ideal for storage. The pool area and the grounds were well-maintained. The dishwasher was not well mounted, and some edges of doors and drawers were worn. We had young children we hoped to bathe in the bathtub, but the half of the glass tub door that was glued in place was on the faucet side, making it difficult to do so."

"I liked the area for mountain views and restaurants, stores nearby, and breakfast offered. However, the images posted online do not match on-site upon arrival. The lobby has old furniture, smells musty, paint chipping away on ceiling. The entire property requires remodeling, new beds, taller toilets, bathrooms outdated, room booked had 1 bed that looked like a canoe and beds not comfortable. Room also smelled like animal urine. Only stayed 1 night and canceled 2nd night. Also patio furniture is faded and torn, and same issue around the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful but I will not be booking at this resort again. Thank you"

"During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up. This was a terrible place to stay and it is inexcusable for a Hilton property. Expedia shouldn't even offer this as a hotel option to stay in Tucson."
