The living room features a double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), and a TV. It also has an exit leading to a balcony and a terrace. There is a shower and a separate WC on the same level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. This level also has an exit to the terrace and a separate WC. The top floor, accessible by a steep stair, has an open room with sloping ceilings (ceiling height ranges from 45 to 220 cm) that houses 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). This room also has an exit leading to a balcony.
