“非常好的小型酒店，接待人员非常热心帮忙，酒店设施极好，但酒店所在市中心街道都是单行线，确实比较难找，看不到明显的招牌，那些开车前往的人需要提前详细了解，但总的来说，是一家难得的好酒店”

“Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.”

“The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Great location, great staff! Very close to the old town of Bergamo, staff was very helpful in explaining how to get there, what to do, where to eat. They also arranged taxis for us which was a big relief! Thank you so much for the experience! ”

“La habitación no era amplia, pero estaba limpia, moderna, con cafetera, botellas de agua; buena ropa de cama y toallas. Una carpeta con explicaciones minuciosas de cómo funcionaba cada cosa. En particular no soy partidaria de no tener contacto con los dueños, pero sé que muchos funcionan así. No recibí nunca el código de acceso a la estructura , pero igual pude acceder tocando un timbre y así hacerme de las llaves. En el lugar -según la carpeta-, hay una cochera disponible que no usamos,……

“Really lovely stay! Room was clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was very good! There was so much character in the hotel, it's somewhere I would definitely reccommend to others. ”

“Front desk, bar, and dinner staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. Only exception was breakfast...a bit of a hectic and crowded food and coffee self-service arrangement with - no obvious line or natural flow so it easily devolves into a mishmash of people going down the tables in different directions, etc. Not a huge deal, but friendly and helpful staff could've eased the human traffic jams and created a pleasant vibe. Instead, their demeanor was sullen - sort……
