“This was a perfect home base for my husband and I to visit our FSU son on Halloween weekend for a football game. Easy walking access to the stadium and campus. ”

“Great location. Very close to FSU. Stayed for two weeks. Very cute and neat condo. Parking is easy, right across the road. Grocery store in walking distance. Owner is very nice and will definately stay here again next time.”

“Great place. Very clean. Area around the condo needs to be maintained better—but that’s the property manager’s job. The condo itself is great. BUT you do need to bring everything—soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels….kitchen has cookware and plates/silverware. But that’s basically all that is supplied. I expect to have to supply my own toiletries and such, but having to buy garbage bags and soap was a surprise.”

“True to listing, comfy bed, plenty of kitchen supplies and toiletries to get you by for a short stay. Great location. Great communication. Safe. Only two things to keep in mind is bedroom does not have tv and parking is not suitable for larger vehicles. But let’s be real Tallahassee in general isn’t suitable for larger vehicles.”

“Great property very close to FSU. We stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very clean, easy check in, comfy bed. Be aware that the room really only sleeps 2 people as there is only one king bed. The sofa is large and can sleep someone, but it is not a pull out sofa. Anyone extra will sleep on the inflatable bed that is there. It is right next to the Pensacola parking garage which can be very noisy.”

“This is such a nice condo. Very clean place. I loved the FSU themed decorations! I needed a place close to my son’s (FSU student) townhome for convenience and this worked out perfectly.”
