This cool and comfortable 2nd-floor corner unit is filled with light and comfort. Located in the historic Duckpond neighborhood, you're only a short walk to the dining, arts, parks, library, and culture of downtown—less than two blocks to Gainesville's bike path network. Ride to UF, the stadium and hospitals, Innovation Hub, and Depot Park.
The space
A perfect place for the visiting professional, parents, or anyone wanting to enjoy Gainesville, the University of Florida, and the surrounding beauty of North Florida.
The condo just went through some minor renovations and has all new upgraded furnishings, including recently installed hardwood floors.
