“We enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. The host communicated very well and often. The check in/check out process was super easy, the condo was clean and comfy. The beds were super comfortable. ”

“We had a fabulous stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed, lovely balcony to drink my coffee on in the morning and cards at night, comfortable bed. The area is perfect for running, walking and biking. Short drive to shopping and restaurants but yet tucked away in a nice quiet village.”

“We needed a pet friendly place to stay for one night to visit family. This place was in a local spot close to the highway so very convenient. We were able to have an early check in which we appreciated. The only suggestion I have is replace the area rugs and throw pillows. They were definitely old and very used. I understand the unit is pet friendly but it would really help spruce the place up a bit and help with pet odor in general. Other than that it served its purpose. ”

“Fairly priced fo r Gainesville especially in light of other going's on at the time. we were in town for a family event. The location is good, close to campus and close to a Publix etc. Quiet condo complex. Appropriately priced for the unit itself and as compared to a hotel stay.”

“The apartment was in a great location , close to everything you would ever need … it was fully furnished with all the cooking supplies and linens. There was an issue with the appliances and some of the linen not being clean. I contacted the host and they gave me a partial refund and had some new linens sent over the same day . Communication and follow up was absolutely 10/10 … the only complaint is that I think the property needs a professional DEEP clean . Whoever is providing the cleaning……
