「Kitchen fully equipped to a high standard. The cutlery was missing... But i was out all the time and didn’t have a chance to notify them. Also the freezer needs defrosting as i noticed the door was not fully closed. Not that i used it. Minor things really, so I still feel that they deserve the full 5*」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...
