I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. “Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and……

“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back. ”

“Room was great, albeit weird with a shower right next to bed. Staff excellent and very helpful. Spa is well worth it (especially after a few hours walking the city). Good central location.”

“Was not really clean. Often times toilet paper was missing. Beds were uncomfortable. It's really hard to reach the top bunkbeds. The bottom bunk bed mattress was sunken in so I kept sliding in a hole”

“We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts”
