The house was so pretty and location was perfect for us! When we arrived we did find one of the blinds in the living room damaged, and a cluster of dead gnats in the kitchen. We also were only able to use one of the outdoor swings as the other 2 pictured were missing pieces. Other than that we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the beds were super comfy!!

Expected better

House is fine but needs maintenance. Master tub doesn’t drain well, gas grill unusable due to rust, downstairs area not organized for gathering as advertised, garage area very dirty, batteries in several of the remotes were dead.

Pirate Beach House

The mosquitos were SO bad. The house had over 50 on the walls when we walked in. It was on a shallow pond so that’s why. House itself wasn’t terrible but, the play set was rusty. Had to be very careful with the kids climbing up and down. Bed downstairs was comfortable. No major complaints but, the cleaning crew showed up a day early as they thought we were checking out. That was weird. Over all 7/10
