This charming studio condo is one of 10 delightful units, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a relaxing escape. This bright and airy open-floor plan condo maximizes space and comfort. A comfortable queen bed ensures a restful night`s sleep after a day of beach adventures. Need to accommodate an extra guest? No problem! The full-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements. Unwind and relax in the living area, featuring a 45-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals or heat up leftovers after a fun day exploring Galveston. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in, glass-enclosed shower.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Overall it was fine for a night. It wasn’t necessarily dirty but didn’t feel super clean either. My biggest issue was with the sofa. It had horrible stains all over it and made it feel like we did not want to sit on it. The frame for the sofa bed was also rusty and it rubbed off on the mattress, so we did not want to sleep on it. This was a huge problem as we had three guests. We ultimately covered the sofa with the sheets and one person slept there which sufficed. Bedding was also missing for the pull out couch and I texted the number they provided with no response on getting this situated. I eventually messaged the host through the VRBO app and will say they were responsive and helpful there.

The property was perfect for what I was looking for. I'd travelled to Houston to take my retired father out for a beach trip for the first time in years, and the spot, while small, was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, the amenities provided like the stovetop, fridge, sink, and tv were adequate, the AC worked perfectly, and the view and closeness to the beach, and the rest of Galveston was exactly what I wanted. The bars and restaurants nearby were welcoming and within walking distance, and whatever wasn't was just a quick drive or bus ride along the Seawall. All in all, I'd stay here again.

Super Lage zum Strand, aufmerksamer Gastgeber !

Wir haben den tollen Strand , das Meer und die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in Galveston sehr genossen .Gastgeber gibt sich große Mühe , Service , Bettzeug , Handtücher , Waschmittel , großer TV , Klimaanlage , Microwelle , Kochplatten , Dusche top. Unterkunft ist klein , Wochenende für 2 Personen . Küchenmöbel und Boden/Tür müssten renoviert werden .

Dirty/Smell

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Last year which was the 1st time it was great and I had no complaints but this time around it wasn’t the best. The mattress in sofa smelled like it had been wet, there were hairs in the sheets, a roach, paint peeling off the cabinets.. I didn’t address anything because there was no point. I’ve read other reviews that state reaching out was not helpful so I just made it work. I would stay here again because the price is not bad but there has to be a more thorough cleaning FOR SURE!

Stay Away

I was so hopeful for this VRBO. Unfortunately, the smell was unbearable, and the room was in complete disrepair. The ceiling was patched in the bathroom likely from a leak upstairs, but it was still wet and there was drywall in the toilet. Under the sink was totally water damaged and the fire and carbon monoxide detector were stored under there. The couch was stained and smelled of urine. We didn't check the mattress in the hide-a-bed for fear of what we may discover. We stayed down the street at a hotel and requested a refund. The host was quick to respond, but there really wasn't much they could do given the state of the room.

Nice location, affordable

Nice stay here, host was very communicative. For the price it met expectations and we slept comfortably. Very close to the start /finish for the Galveston Half Marathon which was the purpose of the visit.

Not clean

At the time of check in our room was still dirty from last guest. Although they did come clean it we were told there would be no discount even though our room wasn’t technically clean and ready until 7:45pm. The shower was nasty with mold in the grout and there was not cold water while showering. ( Had to shower in scorching hot water). The extra pillows for the pull out bed were dirty and did not smell clean. There was a small dead baby roach on the base board close to the master bed.

Weekend getaway

Wife and I came here for the weekend to celebrate our 21 years together. Great little studio that was perfect for us. The location is great! So many restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach is just across the street. We will be book again for sure.

Lovely Trip

My husband and I had a fantastic time here. During off season, this area is nice and quiet but still has plenty to do within walking distance. If you have a larger family and like to stay inside all the time on trips, it might be a bit small for your needs. For my husband and I, it was the perfect place to stay while enjoying the island. Bonus for being pet friendly!
