“Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. “Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected.
Upon entering my room, I noticed towels left on the floor near the entrance, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully prepared. I also found that the shower gel and shampoo bottles were less than half……

“Well the resort itself was fabulous lots of stuff for the kids to do.. however!!! They were hours late on having our room ready at check in time and mind you we have three kids.. and on top of that they charged me a extra 100$ when they charge the remaining total for the room. AND we never got clean towels. Ever. So sad too cause it has such great potential.”

“Overall the trip was amazing. They don't follow up with fixing things though. Our safe didn't work the whole time we where there maintenance made two appointments to fix it never showed for either. They also claim to have a pool lift and do not so don't count on that. But property was super clean, had a lot of space and we enjoyed ourselves.”
