“Facility was under construction, probably due to outdated rooms. Plumbing backed up while trying to dress for wedding shower. Instead of fixing, provided us with a working bathroom down the hall. Very disappointing. ”

“We had a terrible time at this property. Our key for our room repeatedly stopped working and we had to go to the desk constantly for new keys. By our second night, we had no keys for our room. We were placed in the middle of a renovation (rooms being renovated all around us. We were walking over drywall and debris to get to our room. The gentlemen working on the rooms were kind, but often in our way as we were coming and going. The tv in our room did not work.”

“I was above the pool area and you could hear a vibration type of sound coming from below all night long. The hotel and staff are great, but do some about the noise. I wouldn’t want to be near the pool again ”

“service is good, but only one person in service. Kind of slow. The door key a little old. Over all is worth to stay. Swimming pool is the bonus point ”

“U booked us a 2 queen room and we payed for a jacuzzi room. Luckily they had 1 room left . I had to pay xtra 30bucks too which was bogus. Not the hotel fault its all on expedia”

“This is our second time staying at this property in the last month. First time the rooms seemed ok except that our room was mixed up and rented to another people with similar last name. Front desk manager to prove that the last names were similar pulled out other guests check in information with all their personal info to show us(mind blowing isn’t it?) We thought we will give another chance. We came to check in and thought we are at totally different motel. Hallways trashed, common areas……
