“Has all the essentials and is very clean. Not big variety on the breakfast.”

“We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. Our bathtub wasn’t in the best shape and it was also backed up with a very slow drain. We skipped……

“There not enough ac plugs in the room & also not enough lighting in the rooms. It was dark one side of the rooms. Shampoo bottles were very small.. There breakfast was a joke… There so call cooler machine not plug in and it was hot.. I give this place D+.”

“The hotel could use some fresh paint and updated air conditioners. Other than that, it was okay.”

“I expect better from Marriott/fairfield hotels. Checkin was good. We arrived late and were tired so that was a plus, but the hotel seemed dated from the moment we walked in. The room was clean, but the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The floor of the bathtub looked dirty, but it’s just the way it looked. The pillows were not cushy at all and we both woke up with headaches. (Note: bring your own pillow! I usually do, but didn’t this trip.) The thing that got me though was the toilet was……

“Room had broken phone. broken bathroom door, no ice bucket and stained sheets, certain areas of hallway smelled of urine and feces, and unhelpful hard to communicate with staff.”

“It met my basic needs. Complaints: A shower head that leaked all over; the desk chair is shot and unadjustable; my original room had no air conditioning for the Dallas heat and they knew it beforehand--the AC was broken and all of its knobs and buttons were missing. Having to beg a room at 10:30 pm after having booked it weeks earlier is bad form.”
