"What a nice property! I appreciated an unloading zone, particularly since they have dedicated spaces just a few yards away in the parking garage.
When I checked in, there was a young man in training doing check in, and he did a great job. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Well, except when the hail came, but that’s not their fault - we were just thankful to be safe and inside, and knowing the car was in a garage.
We took advantage of the lobby bar in the evening, for a very nice charcuterie board and a bit of wine. Staff there was excellent too. She was patient and helpful as our first wine selection was out of stock and helped us choose another nice option.
I would say that I’m sorry for any parent who is staying there because their child is in the adjoining children’s hospital, but it offers a comfortable and convenient option."
