"The RCC was great — quiet rooms with enough space for us. I do wish there were recycling though — it seems archaic that there is no way to sort out recyclables in a place that advertises kitchens for guests. We would have been happy to bring our materials to the common kitchens to sort them. Also: although appliances are provided, guests should know they need to bring their own crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans/cutting boards, etc."

"Big crack in our room window, huge scratches on the mirror in the bathroom and the soap in the bathroom had been already used and repackaged in a box that had very obviously been opened before - gross!"

"Super clean rooms!! Love the kitchenette. Staff is lovely. Kids next door to us were loud but staff managed to take care of it for us. I do not recommend this hotel if you want quiet before 9pm because there are lots of children who stay for the pool/slide. "

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here is not the time that was disturbed but I expected some compensation for that. The manager clearly refused for any sort of compensation. So in short, I will never come back to this property again because I work in hotel front desk department too and any inconvenience to the guests should always be addressed."
