“Loved the property and the amenities. It was immaculate and when we asked for several things, like a second key and more coffee, the response was quick and professional. I was traveling with my newly graduated son and the two bedrooms were ideal. From my viewpoint, the check-in process was confusing and extremely detailed. It worked out but having to download the app for the Landing seemed excessive. I’m sure they have a system as they have multiple locations but it was a lot. I would definitely……

“Jonery is an apartment complex located in Charlotte, North Carolina’s trendy Arts District that allots of portion of their one bedroom and studio spaces for room rental. They require you to pre-check in online which I did. I knew that I would be arriving after the 5PM which is when their website noted a life staff member leaves. For two days during business hours, I left emails. I left voicemails….called excessively and no one ever answered or responded. Upon my 5 o’clock arrival, tenants were……

“Overall good stay, however some feedback. The check-in was a little odd. The address listed on Expedia is different than the actual address. The property management company emailed a separate address and said not to mention booking with Expedia multiple times. Great space with a nice pool and coffee machine in lobby. Good location. The unit could use some extra seating at the table in kitchen. Had a table, but no chairs. Some stains on living room pillows and lampshades. Given only one trash bag……

“I was traveling for a conference, and just needed a nice place to stay for a few days for myself. Everything was clean and orderly, and despite the heat outside and being above a garage the place was no different in comfort than any usual hotel room. The only downside was the noise of garage door surprising me once or twice. Owners were courteous and it was nice staying in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center where I can decompress a bit after the heavy socializing at the……
