“Do not even attempt to stay here. I was completely ripped off. I got there and they would not send the code for me to get in. They charged me more than booking for a place I couldn’t even get into. The office was closed and texting them did no good. I sat in the lobby for hours and finally had to go to meetings and find another place. I tried to cancel but they ignored it and charged my card more than what the booking fee was. Since it almost $600 I am getting going to file suit in the……

“The price of the property is below most of the higher end hotels I looked at and was 3 blocks from my kids apartment - so proximity was more important. The pictures represented some of the apartment and mostly everything in the apartment was maintained like a guys college apartment - old unmatched furniture, broken things, smashed lamp shades, the floors were sticky in places. The towels and pillow cases were very worn and stains on most. Stains on a very old comforters and decorative pillows.……

“It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job. It's obvious that the ceiling is leaking because of the peeling plaster and/or brown rings. The walls are dirty and areas still need painting. If it was renovated, I'd hate to have seen it beforehand. And the cleaning lady needs to be fired cos she half cleaned behind previous guests. The microwave was dirty with no plate inside. It……

“My husband and I were in Charlotte to visit our daughter and this was the closest available room. Location is great, walking distance to Target, Best Buy, Marshall’s, Trader Joe’s, cute restaurants, and an Original Pancake House. Parking directions with an actual slot number would be helpful in the instructions and guests should be aware the walk-in closet is fairly inaccessible unless you jump the bed every time you need it.
