「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「I arrived really late and without one piece of luggage due to airline issues. When I finally arrived the gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and kind, giving me many basic supplies as there was no way to buy anything at that time. I wish I could remember his name - he was awesome.」

「We stayed for a week. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, there was free breakfast in the morning and the room had a kitchenette making it easy to cook in the evening. 「Woolleys is a hidden gem. 15 minutes from the Denver Airport with a complimentary shuttle. Thr restaurant menu is not large but the selection is diverse and the dinners I had thete were excellently prepared. The rooms (I stayed on two separate nights) are spacious, well furnished, with a bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower with two sinks. Comfortable all rhe way around.」

「This is our second time we stay at the Benson, beautiful and comfortable.」

「Very clean hotel located near airport. Bed was comfortable and room cleaned everyday. My only complaint is that breakfast is only served until 9 am. I wish it was at least 10 am. There is a charge of $16 per day to park and they do check.」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver!
