Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The check in was easy. The condition of the room was horrible. The tub faucet leaked continually, and the tub was dirty there was black mold around the registers, the refrigerator froze our food and leaked, the room smelled musty, and worse of all the room was infested with stink bugs. Someone needs to call the health dept on them.

We ended up moving to this location mid way through our trip, because our mountain top location was making people sick to drive up to! We wanted something spacious, and convenient to finish our trip, and this was perfect. Easy check in, very nice room, well organized, and nice information binder in the room to provide you with all key info. Staff let us park our car early on before checking in. The location is so perfect to downtown Gatlinburg, so we were able to walk to many different places. Many great food options nearby... and, wow Bennetts BBQ is AMAZING!

Amazing location. The condo had most kitchen supplies but no salt and pepper or coffee pods or filter packs which I am accustomed to see. Also bring your own shampoo. Hand soap is provided.

Love the location of this property. Close to the main strip and plenty around to walk to and enjoy. Also off the beaten path just enough to be away from the crowds. We stayed in 205 and it’s in need of a MAJOR update. The sleeping arrangements were terrible. Old dirty furniture. Dated, dirty bathrooms with exposed plumbing and showers that don’t drain. This place has huge potential.

The location was perfect! The area was quiet off the main road and felt safe. The unit was okay...size was adequate but the lock on the door felt flimsy and the sliding door to the patio didn't lock. We like the keyless entry. The furniture was old and stained. We liked the fridge size and provided dishes were mismatched but fine. Mattress was firm but comfortable. Overall it was adequate but needs deep clean with updated furniture. Parking onsite also nice and it is covered but be aware you are only guaranteed 1 spot. For the price and location alone, overall we would recommend.

The curtain in bedroom needs to be cleaned and the ceil in there needs attention. The bathroom needs some attention too and the ceiling. The location is awesome and for the money it is a very good price, just need a few things done and we would stay there again.

Needs a lot of updates

First thing to know is each condo is owned by a company or individual. We stayed in condo 311 which was in need of a lot of updates. The bedding had stains and wasn't very nice. The paint on the walls was peeling off. Ive stayed in other condos in the complex that were in much better condition. I love the location of this complex. I think you could have a much nicer room somewhere else for the same price.

Great location and convenient to shops and parkway. The pools were clean also. As for the room..it was very outdated, floors were disgusting, bathroom floors were not clean either. The pull out bed in the couch was extremely uncomfortable. I purchased a mattress cover for it, which made it better. Left that for the next guest, so hope that works for them. I have a 2 year old that loves to play in the floor, his knees and feet were black after 15 minutes of playing. So I doubt the maid service used, wasn’t doing a proper job. There was even stains on walls from drinks and food in the kitchen. This condo served its purpose but I’ll probably never stay again. There are better places with the same price range.
