"Everything was good except parking. The spaces are very small and hard to get everything out of the car with spaces so small. But there was plenty of spaces available"

"Staff at the front desk were amazing Nick and Cassie are the best. We travel frequently and these are two of the best! Room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was fantastic. We walked to downtown although a trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Coffee and breakfast in the morning is extra at the onsite restaurant. Open for dinner too. Log Cabin Pancake House is a short walk down the street. Overall a great location."

"Perfect stay at Dollywood. We took advantage of the shuttle to Dollywood and it was just the right timing. Bed was comfortable and food was good."
