“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable.
