「This welcoming, comfortable place was the perfect location and size for visiting the finger lakes area as a single person with pup. (Would be for a couple as well). As advertised, it’s cozy and felt like home during my stay. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Bed is very comfortable! Hated to leave. Highly recommend.」

「We ariver at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. In the lobby had a sign that read "We are fully booked. All revervations are cancelled." We found out from someone staying there that no one had even been at the front desk in 2 days. Everything was sold out in the area and we had to drive 40 minutes away to find another room. I was on the phone with Expedia/VRBO to get my money back for an hour and 45 minutes just to be told by a "supervisor" that they couldn't refund my money and the best option...
