I arrived a couple of hours upon check in time. Asked if I could get an early check in. They said there was a $25 fee. Whenever I stay at Hampton Inn they waive that fee. I was then told unless I was a Hilton member there was nothing they could do. And since I booked through a third party(expedia) they mad me feel like a second class citizen. The shower was like warm at best, the toilet handle had to be held down the entire flush, just to get toilet paper down. The parking lot is filled with pit holes and entry revolving door was broken. Needless to say I will never be back.
