The location is not updated. I was informed that they have shifted to Mansion One when I called up upon check-in. And the manager promised this is much better than the previous one. This wasn't the main concern anyway. What disappointed us was the room condition, which was totally different from what was advertised. There wasn't lighting in the room. I requested to change to another room yet was informed than all rooms are fully booked. They sent a maintenance guy to change lightbulb. However the entire room was still very dim as it only come with one warm light bulb, while the other side haa only wires hanging over the ceiling without any lightinh point at all. What worsen my experience was the cleanliness of the place. The floor was like never been mopped, it was so sticky that I gotta put up my own slippers indoor. The bed sheet was stained, toilet roll was wet, cleaning tools were left everywhere in the room, TV wasn't working at all, aircon was super noisy. Gosh this is never up to the standard of a hotel, not even a home stay. At that moment, I felt like being cheated and called up the manager again and he said there's nothing much he can do but offered to change to a better room the next night. Well we have to take it, praying hard that the next night we can get a better room. Fortunately we were really given a better room on the next day. This room is much greater, yet the TV was still not working. Whatever it is, I'm not going to return to this place anymore.

NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. I booked H residence because I wanted the gym facilities. Was told H residence was closed down permanently and I had to go to Mansion One. IF I WANTED Mansion One, I would have booked Mansion One! To make matters worse, I had the worst check-in experience ever - called the person in charge for check-in, he asked me to wait for 5 mins. 20 mins later and after 3 phones calls, the guy on the phone asked me to cancel the booking if I can’t wait. I did not want to take the risk of Expedia not giving me the refund so I waited for the guy finally to finally come and brought me to office on the 18th floor and waited for another 20 mins. It was already 5:45pm and my room was not cleaned up yet and I had to stand outside waiting for the staff to make up the room. The only consolation was instead of one room, they gave me an one bedroom apartment.

뷰는 예쁜데 룸관리가 잘 안되어있었음

바다가 보이는 뷰의 대형 콘도를 호텔로 쓰고 있었음. 뷰는 예뻤는데 에어컨이 고장나서 그방은 잘수없었고 풀부킹이라고 레인보우 호텔방을 줬는데 바다뷰는 예뻤는데 룸은 귀신나오게 생겨서 TV틀어놓고 잤음. 호텔방하나를 계약해서 쓰는지 이방은 개인이 관리하는방이었음.

Let me begin....

- requested for double key but only get one. Causes us many inconvenience. -was told the swimming pool can use but in reality there are many notice around that doesn’t allow homestay guests to use it -lift cannot use the one in front of the door -wifi very bad to the point we can’t even connect and will disconnect itself -not enough dustbin -Aircond not cold enough -guard ask us to make unnecessary uturn when there is no car around -EXPECTATION FROM PICTURES AND REALITY IS SO DIFFERENT ESPECIALLY SANTORINI ROOM -bathroom light not bright enough.

fantastic view but just "OK" only...

when I used this place 2 years go the place was great! everything works and still functional. this year the place looks jaded and used. Much like a school hotel fell. Gate Security and Staff were friendly but the place is bare bones and shower barely makes it.

Great for family vacation

The room is big as they can fill 4 adults since the room has 2 queen bed. Also the toilet was nice as they have a bathtub and good condition shower and other utilities. The view are just nice, the residence just a part away from the gurney and the view we can see from are more to the sea. You can enjoy living here for the vacation, it is because the residence is near to every penang heritage. Thumbs up.

Nice room but disappointed on facilities

My first filter before I chose this service apartment was whether they have pool or not as I want to treat my friend's children for a good swimming but to my disappointment we cannot use the pool facility because we are homestay user. I believe the owner should not advertise something they cannot provide and we feel tricked. We seriously did not mind sharing rooms in one big apartment however at night, there are no lights at the parking area as we are going in to our apartment. But, we should give credit to the nice clean hello kitty theme room with ample of space.

Worse condition

The hygiene of the room and toilet is worse and the condition of unit itself is run down. Is noisy and hot due to the lousy room condition (cheapo windows curtain and sound proof) Not recommend to stay there

Family holiday to Penang

Our stay was memorable because the room was big, clean and comfortable. We were allotted a beautiful room with a beautiful view of the city. All the tourist attraction sites, plus other sites of interest, were within a few minutes drive. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. All in our family had a lovely stay at this venue.

The swimming pool is closed for maintenance without informing ahead. The light bulbs in the bathroom does not work. The TV does not work properly because they do not plug in the digital box The hotel staff let us wait outside the lobby for 10-15 minutes to check-in

Room looks nothing like the rooms pictured

this room looks nothing like the pictured rooms; it was a white, clinical, empty hall with terribly bright lights, no bed lamps, no decorations whatsoever. Not a place you want to hang out or chill in for one minute longer than necessary. The whole place seemed like this, by the way. Kitchen lacked cutlery or dishes. The pool was nice though.

we are sharing the room with another customer. Tot is a 1 room condo. But ends up with 3 rooms condo. Air cond is NOT cold as expected. No wall paper in the room (i impressed with wall paper that advertised that's why proceed to book the room, feel disappointed)

The sofa inside the room is very dusty, toilet smells awful and only shampoo and body wash are available. The main door and gate are always open though only one lift inside the unit.
