"Easy going family friendly very polite "

"Staff was very nice. They allowed my daughters and I to park there before we could get our rooms and allowed us to park there a few hours after check out. The rooms were clean. The pool was very nice. They had vending machines. And it was right on the beach. The only negative was there was no elevator and the dumb waiter did not work but other than that…it was a great stay!!!!!"

"My family and I had the absolute best stay here! The pool was fantastic with food and beverage service. The location was super convenient, right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach. Also on the boardwalk was lots of food options and stores. I had read reviews of people complaining of outdated rooms. Our room was beautifully updated so I'm not sure where the outdated rooms are. The only problem we encountered the entire week was not having enough space to hang out towels and bathing suits to dry, since we did not have a balcony. We are already planning our return. "

"This Hotel is located in a great place just 2 min walk to the beach and board walk . Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hot and cocoa in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again "

"We have been saying at the fenwick for years. I recently came from a 3.5 hr drive through a storm with my 4 yr old granddaughter. Check in is at 4 we arrived at 3:25. We went to front desk to register and she informed me my room is ready however,I can’t get in until 4. But, if I wanted to pay 100.00 I could go in early. I declined the offer and used the restroom. I was able to let my grand daughter swim for a few mins to pass the time . We usually go down and eat breakfast in the morning . I have a gluten allergy and do not eat meat. So usually have an apple and pb and a boiled egg amd yogurt. I was disappointed to hear they are no longer serving peanut butter eggs or yogurt bc they are serving breakfast sandwiches and it’s not in the budget . We ended up having to go elsewhere for breakfast . We did enjoy dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The pool is great for kids unfortunately the two times we used it in the evening they ran out of towels . We were told they were coming waited till 10 pm and finally decided to take the cold walk to the room wet. We love the location close to the beach and easy to get to neighboring beach towns. "

"The Breakers is definitely one of our go-to places to stay when in Rehoboth Beach. Clean rooms, free parking, awesome location, friendly staff, free breakfast, I could go on and on!"

"Beautiful hotel, nice location beach buggy and beach chairs were a bonus! Breakfast was delicious, loved wine and cheese happy hour and choc chip cookies at night All the staff were very friendly "

"Our stay was very comfortable. Very clean. The suite offered more than just a hotel room. Plenty of space for my husband & I. The kitchenette had refrigerator, sink, small stovetop & dishwasher. The hotel management was very responsive to a couple of concerns. Maintenance tech took care of an issue quickly & efficiently. All staff in the hotel were great & very friendly!"
