“More shabby than chic. Tight quarters for a family of 4. Nice to allow dogs but not an ideal set up. I would not stay here again. I also don’t like to deal with key pick up and drop off. I’d use a keyless process next time.”

“Superb location and amenities. We were gathering for a much needed family get together and the accommodations were perfect! Beautiful setting surrounded by foliage and live oaks - couldn't ask for anything else. Thanks Patrick and Mark!”

“We loved this cottage. Great big fenced in backyard for our dog which is the reason we chose this place. Not to far from the beach at all. Place was very clean also.”

“Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy beach access. The beds and pillows were like lying on clouds. Golf cart was clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer was very clean. Dishwasher in good working order. Supplies were left for both as well as all necessary toiletries which was very nice! Large backyard, wood left for firepit. Corn hole boards. Plenty to do on and off property. Property was clean and well maintained. I highly recommended swimming, kayaking, or fishing on the inlet side,……

“A lovely cozy home. I could see myself living there, and will definitely return. ”

“There is mold in the house. All of us got sick and two couples had to leave after the first night. The boat dock was unusable as it was completely covered in bird poop. The house was also filthy. There are also safety concerns such as missing railing on stairs and missing deck boards causing injury”

“Nice house and owner was very helpful. The ice maker and disposal were broken but we made do. Very comfortable and great location. ”
