“We LOVE this little farm setting with its fenced front yard and well-appointed cottage--it's our go-to now after a second stay recently. Kay is a gracious and kind host, everything is just that much nicer than it really needs to be, and we feel content enjoying our coffee on the porch or meals in the perfect little dining room. “I had a nice relaxing stay at the studio cottage. Perfect for a couple and close to downtown. I was visiting my son at the Citadel. Located in a safe neighborhood and the hosts were accommodating and super friendly. I only had one issue and that was the mold in the split AC/heating unit. I left a night early due to the issue. I brought it to the hosts attention and they were not aware of the mold and were going to take care of it before the next guests booked. Cute and private and would def rent……
