「Property is clean, rooms are good size with appropriate furnishings (including MW and mini fridge in our standard king room), staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was typical (few hot items, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc.) with good hours of 6-10am every day. I had hoped to get an early check in, though that unfortunately could not be accommodated (not sure if that was truly due to room availability or simply standard policy, though I suspect the latter). All in all, a nice stay and good value...

「GOOD: Hot water and water pressure BAD: Everything else….visited Georgetown for a family event so I decided to stay overnight. I wasn’t expecting too much but I damn sure wasn’t expecting what I got either. After checking in, I entered the room and pulled back bed spread. It looked like they just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets due to all of the stains that were visible. The floor wasn’t swept or mopped. 「We had a great stay at the Baxter Brewhouse. The place is clean, quaint and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. The convenience to the boardwalk area can’t be beat. They have snacks, drinks and beer! (Though we weren’t able to get the beer going-not a big deal for us as we are not big beer drinkers) The shared bathroom was very clean, we didn’t see any other guests, but if we had, it would have been fine. I would highly recommend staying here if in Georgetown!」

「The overall dysfunction eas disappointing. The bsr outside over charged for everything including an auto tip and a service charge. The front desk was under staffed, the maintenance and construction workers were very loud that we could here in our rooms and many things were blocked off or unable to use. The worst part wS the beack access in front of our building was closed for pipe installation. The workers told us the property was informed in January and the location manager said he had no...

「The room was clean, bathroom updated. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day although it is a old hotel which you must take into consideration it was perfect for two nights pool was clean furniture.」
