"My daughter and I spent a week at this wonderful hotel, which is easily walkable to all the sites in Sultanahmet. An extensive breakfast is included, and a very nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs. It has a restaurant overlooking the water with sea breezes. The staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and ensuring breakfast ran smoothly. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in arranging for taxis to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"In our four nights, we got washcloths two of the four. No laundry bags left in the room. However, both issues were remedied by a phone call. Location is fabulous and hotel room was quite quiet."

"This hotel was good value for money. Breakfast had lots of variety and the breakfast room was clean with nice staff. The beds were very comfortable. The room had too much furniture for the size and we had to move a table and chairs everytime we opened the balcony doors. Tea and coffee were plentiful in our room. Lovely view of the Bosphorus from the balcony. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even made us up a picnic to take to the airport as we had to leave before breakfast. We booked the airport shuttle service from and to the airport through the hotel. This was very unsatisfactory! It was an hour late picking us up from the airport and then dropped us at the wrong hotel. We had to walk from the wrong hotel to our hotel in the dark in a unknown city late at night with our luggage. The taxi was then half an hour late picking us up at hotel to take us back to the airport. I would highly recommend the hotel but would not book their shuttle service again."

"Perfect hotel to use as base for exploring the city as it is walkable to everything. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very quiet. My only notes of caution are that the AC is centrally controlled and trended to be too cold - I was able to open a window and turn it off at night but I don’t know if that’s an option in every room. Also the breakfast is fresh and tasty and sets you up well for a day’s walking but is quite basic, not the lavish affair in other Istanbul hotels."
