「Stayed in December Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace. Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul.」

「总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙」

「Es un hotel muy nuevo con todas las comodidades. Las habitaciones son de primera calidad, con camas y almohadas muy comodas. Tecnologia aplicada en la habitación de primera clase. La decoración muy agradable y de muy buen gusto. La comida del restaurante muy buena pero realmente lo mas sobresaliente es la calidad del servicio de todo el personal. Excelente hotel que sin duda volvería a hospedarme.」

「Ac was on/off in the room, hot water on/off in the room, breakfast was average, rooms spacious but the carpets outside the rooms in the hallway need changing very dirty with stains everywhere, staff were amazing from start to finish 」

「Room was small but useful. Breakfast was okay. French fries for breakfast? Hotdogs cut up instead of bacon ? Too many mayonnaise based Turkish salads that don't belong in breakfast room. 」
