「Was there for two nights both nice air conditioning did not work requested requested requested requested requested still nothing was done. Imagine going with a two child a year and 10 year and it’s 101° and humidity and your air conditioning doesn’t work at all for two days nobody helped. 「Very few amenities after hours」

「Everything is good. Not far from the subway station. There’s a supermarket near the hotel. However, when I reserved the hotel, they said they had midnight free shuttle bus toward the airport. But when I checked it one week ago before the date I would arrive, there is only shuttle bus from 6am. That’s a little pity.」

「The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches.」
