“在埃及算是非常不错的酒店了，卫生和条件都不错，性价比较高。早餐也不错。只是服务员稍差，11点到酒店说房间已经好了，但要求交77美元才给办理入住，因为还没到check in时间。”

“We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our……

“Well... I booked for a room on the pool side - more expensive but useful in Cairo if you don't fancy the noise of horns and cars at 3 am... But when I arrived I was in a room on the street side. Discussing with staff was... complicated and I got the room I paid for only the second night. Service is somewhat random. Sometimes very helpful, and trying their best. But then you find that there is no towel in the room. Or that no water was provided on one day... Cannot really blame the staff - it's……

I had an exceptional experience at the five-star hotel. Mazen, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even helped us deal with a dishonest taxi driver. The level of service and attention to detail at this hotel is unparalleled. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and accommodating stay!!
