“The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad”

“The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note……

“I wasted about $21 extra as Uber fee just looking for the place and never found the location. I had to go for different place to sleep. I wonder if you guys are real. There's no number to call for help. I believe this hotel is a scam. No one should try it”

“You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity.”
