“Love this lil house!”

“Great location, Host & all around a great choice. Much better than staying in a hotel. Would definitely recommend & stay there again in the future.”

“What you see and read is what you get. Fantastic is all that needs said.”

“The property is PERFECT! We loved the location, the house, decor and backyard! The bedrooms were amazing. EVERYTHING was simply devine!”

“Helpful host!”

“AWSOME! Will be here several times and year now.”

“Easy check-in process, really helpful hosts and a great property! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious stay with great views on Lake Murray. The only comment I have is that the rooms got hot at night upstairs so maybe bring a fan if you are a hot sleeper like we are.”

“The house is beautiful and the views stunning. It is very comfortable and spacious and the setting is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and you can tell that in its heyday it was a very well built home. We did have some issues that resulted in a couple poor rating areas that need to be addressed. I didn't pay attention to the less than perfect reviews as there were so many great reviews but I encourage all to read them carefully to decide whether to rent this house. The……

“What a dream. Great accommodations. Property is well maintained and so comfortable. Beds are great. The kitchen is properly stocked from cooking utensils to appliances and dish-ware. We have had a terrific time and our host was at the ready to assist in any helpful manner we may have required. Can highly recommend. Love being at the lake and will delightfully return. Five stars.”

“Stay was amazing, I'd stay again, but I would bring my own pans, those pans in the house I'd consider an embarrassment and would never feed my family off those. I was sad the can opener was broken. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has.”

“Upon pulling into driveway, noticed a few wrecked cars in the yard, also about 20 bags of household garbage laying on the ground up against detached garage. Bought groceries to make meals in the home. Realized the first morning the kitchen was so covered in roaches that we had to throw all of groceries away and refused to use the house to eat in. Contacted host about bug problem, only to be told he Contacted the fumigator.I reached out a second time to once again be told"I've already contacted……

“This was just a quick overnight stop for my party of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would say this property needs some TLC and a deep clean. The cost for one night was far more than the property warranted, in my opinion.”

“The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses.……

“Overall, we had a nice stay. We booked this property because the close proximity to our son‘s wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner at Liberty on the lake. The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be……

“Appliances are new. Spacious and comfortable house. Sufficient utensils provided by owner. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. ”
