「Cleaning staff were great,! Breakfast was great! Parking was great! night desk person was rude and unsympathetic to our trouble with check in date change. Said it was our problem because we used Expedia and not the hotel Service directly. Also to many Bird's nesting in entrance area and dead baby bird's lying on the ground.」

「The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and took care getting me the last ground floor room. Room needed a deep clean. I was awaken during the night with a bug crawling on my arm. The next morning I discovered a bug bite on my arm. It hurts. I attach a pic. Moving on…people sat in front of my room door on the stairs smoking that Mary Jane & god only knows what else. They were out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Couple of homeless people asked for cash for food. Do not bring...

「The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.」

「Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.」

「Hotel was very convenient to the CAE airport, apx 12 minutes away. The shuttle driver Stanley was very accommodating and friendly. Actually all staff we encountered, Jamal, Melvin, Doristine and the nice women who waited on us for breakfast , were very friendly and pleasant… certainly A++++ in customer service! Room was good and bath room was noisy. AC was noisy but kept the room cool.」

「The hotel was beautiful but I slept awful with down pillows. Even doubled up they sunk flat. Also they had no coffee creamer except half and half. I was told this was a Hilton thing but friends at other properties the same days said they had several to choose from.」
