“Everything was amazing from the time I booked to checkout. The room was very inviting and comfortable. The bed was very cozy, the bathroom is amazing, the shower and jetted tub were both very relaxing. The hot tub and tv in the patio was a nice touch! Everything was clean and well put together! The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town. ”

“There were a lot of good things to say about the accommodations. It was adorable and clean. There were, however, a couple of critical things that impacted the comfort of the stay. The temperature cannot be lowered below 68 (not a policy of the owner, but limitation of the split unit). For anyone that runs hot, it is a miserably sweaty night. Second, the temperature of the water in the shower varies greatly about every 30 seconds. ”

“Oh my gosh!!! This place was BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING! I’m so glad we booked this place! Check in and check out was easy and painless, communication was perfect, and the hosts were so hospitable and we enjoyed meeting them. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and if get a chance to love on their sweet pup you should do that as well. We hope to stay here again. ”

“Very nicely appointed. My only criticism would be that a drying mat in the kitchenette and a small nightlight in the shower area would be nice. The double sinks were great. It was quiet, but easily accessible to all that Fredericksburg has to offer. ”

“As advertised! Super cute spot - convenient, easy walk to Main Street, comfy bed, nice shower, and loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk around to the side of the house to the enclosed hot tub area (robe and towels provided) and technically private, but with the hot tub areas for all suites located together on the one side of the house, similar to inside of house, you can hear if other guests are there. Didn’t impact our stay; we would definitely stay again, but good to be aware. ”

“Host was very welcoming. Such a nice clean place. Bed was really comfortable. Large shower was really nice. There are other rooms next to it. One party left their tv on all night, we could hear it. The traffic is loud but stops overnight. Downtown was too far away for us to walk but there is lots of free parking there. It was a great place to stay. ”
