“Nice location”

“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them……

“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……

“Perhaps, we had an off night for the cleaning staff, but my room was not clean to hotel standards. I’m not picky at all, and I debated even saying anything because I like to give the hotels the benefit of the doubt, but if I had been staying more than just a couple hours to sleep, I probably would’ve mentioned it to the front desk. Every person working there that I interacted with was really nice, so I feel bad leaving any kind of criticism. We also had someone follow us into the parking lot and……

“BEWARE: You could be stranded after midnight outside the building - with no front desk manager to check in. No access to your room. No one to let you into the building. Fortunately, another guest let me into the lobby where I waited more than 30 minutes texting Sosuite for help. Finally a guy strolled into the lobby and located my key in a drawer, no apology or explanation. I'm not the only one. I was in Philly for a conference and met other Sosuite guests at other properties who experienced the……

“Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault.
