"I had a lovely week here. I was mostly walking the coast path so I wasn't around much during the day, but it was the perfect refuge. Very clean, a good balance of uncluttered with just enough homely touches. Very comfy reclining chairs to crash in at the end of the day! All the facilities worked well. To wake up to that view over the bay every morning was a privilege."

"Wow, this home has everything that you would need to complement your holiday, nothing as been missed, my family have just returned from a weeks stay and we were amazed by every detail from kitchen to outdoor pool, any implement that you can think of is there, all rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the decor is superb in every room and a credit to the cleaning team for its upkeep, there are oceans of games for indoor and outdoor use, books galore if thats your thing, a pleasant walk down the meadow and around the pond, none of my family could say a bad word about the home and we all enjoyed our holiday there"

"the location was ideal for us, the house was lovely and big enough for 9 of us and a small dog, it was warm and cosy, had everything you need in the kitchen, the downstairs wet room needs some attention the toilet leaks ,there is a constant bad smell from the wet room. the downstairs bed room was very dusty and full of cobwebs which we had to vac up before we could use it not the not most comfortable bed we slept on could do with mattress topper. we can highly recommend The Madryn Arms in Chwilog the owners are very friendly and the Sunday lunch was lovely ( 10 mins away heading towards Pwllheli"

"House is tired and could do with some renovation.Only central heating in lounge therefore kitchen and dining room too cold to use. Upstairs shower unusable as water cold. No handrail on stairs for elderly parents.Scaffolding outside house. No outside lighting. No signage to house/concealed entrance."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage as it was quiet and relaxing. Took us a while to locate the washer and dryer. The accommodation was really good and comfortable and had everything we needed apart from food but we came well prepared, there was a shop only 10 minutes away by car so was convenient for any extras. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs a break. Mrs. Williams came to see us on Sunday to see if all was ok, such a nice lady. Thank you"

"We had an excellent week in Garden Cottage,the location was perfect.The grounds and surrounding woodland provided our dog with the perfect playground.Really comfortable cottage,isolated but with excellent WiFi,Smart TV etc.The only slight criticism is the cooking utensils could do with a bit of an upgrade.However this didn’t spoil what was a brilliant holiday. Thank you."

"Good value but the whole house could do with a thorough deep clean and a review of condition of fixing and fixtures plus updating. It would also be good to ensure there are suitable kitchen pans and tools as would be expected for a house that houses 10 occupants. As well as a deep clean, it would be nice that someone ensured all cutlery and plates were in a clean state prior to being occupied as we had to wash everything before use. Despite this we had an excellent short stay."

The house is very well positioned for everything - mountains, loads of beaches and coastal walks, not far from shops, but in a stunning rural location with no noise or light pollution, so the stars were amazing. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped and the lovely garden is huge. We all felt very at home, and will be back!
