The Crossbasket Hotel Castle experience was amazing and wonderful! Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and they were very supportive in providing gluten-free options for me. Everyone went above and beyond with providing services throughout the entire stay. From room service staff, to reception, to food service, kitchen staff, to grounds personnel, every person was exceptional. I will also highlight that everyone there made us feel welcomed and appreciated as a gay couple as well. Thank you for this amazing stay at a beautiful and stunning castle!
