Perfect spot in central location

Located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Glasgow this apartment is central to many of the cities best places to visit.

Close to subway and grocery

Adequate accommodation, was dingy as someone else said, had the basics but shows its age. Was quiet at night and plenty of good restaurants and pubs in close walking distance. Got plenty of instruction from Suzy, and think it would also be helpful to have hard copy for easy reference for both people.

Great spot, super close to underground

I loved this location! Lovely little apartment, clean, easy to check in and out of, gorgeous windows, close to pubs, and the underground was right around the corner. Check in was super clear and easy. The bed was also very comfortable. Highly recommended

Disappointing flat

The flat was advertised as stylish. AI must have written that. I found a lot of deferred maintenance. For example, light bulbs out, toaster didn't work The shower curtain was discolored and mildewed. The bedroom curtains desperately needed replacing. The washer was advertised as a washer/dryer but it only washed. Kitchenware was inadequate. The worst experience came when I went to bed. The mattress was old, lumpy and I felt that the springs were protruding into my back.If this owner wants to continue renting the flat, he/she should take care to make it more comfortable to guests. The only positive thing about it was the location: near shops and subway. .

Sketchy and uncomfortable

The apartment was old and worn: broken couch, broken sink handle, no freezer. Mattress was uncomfortable, just felt like bare springs. Very minimal air circulation in hot weather. West End is great, but this section of it was more sketchy. The building had beer bottles and trash on the stoop, and teenagers smoking in the stairwell. The info Suzy sent in advance was fine (including replying to questions), but she didn't respond when we emailed about a parking issue after we arrived.

Great location

Glasgow's west end is delightful. The Kelvinhall tube stop is visible from the rear window of this flat, so the city center is very easy to get to, too.
